ඔබ පසුගිය සතියේ release වුන නවතම Macintosh Operating System එක වන OS X El Capitan (10.11) වලට upgrade කරපු user කෙනෙක්ද?? එහෙනම් ඔබට මේ article එක වැදගත් වේවි. අලුත් OS එක මත Microsoft Outlook run වන විට bug එකක් මතු වෙලා තියෙනවා. කොහොම වූනත් ඉතාමත් කෙටි කාලයකින් Microsoft සමගම විසින් මෙම bug එක මගහරවා ගැනීමට patch එකක් release කරලා තියෙනවා.
Microsoft KB article (KB 3098396) එකේ තියෙන විදියට, email server සමග connect වීමේදී ඇතිවන ප්‍රශ්නය මේ patch එකෙන් සම්පුර්ණයෙන්ම මග හරවා ගන්න පුලුවන්.
“Shortly after you start Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 on Mac OS X El Capitan (version 10.11), Outlook hangs when it tries to sync with the server. The Spinning Wait cursor is displayed, and the application status is displayed as “Not Responding.”
කොහොම වුනත් මෙම bug එක කිසිසේත්ම offline users ලාට බලපාන්නේ නැහැ.
