Microsoft Office 2019 මොන වගේද?

Microsoft Office ගැන කියනවනම් මේ Client Software එකේ බිහිවීම මුලින්ම ලෝකයට කියන්නේ 1988දී Bill Gates විසින්. මුල්ම version එකේ තිබ්බේ Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint විතරයි. 1983දී Microsoft Word කරලියට එනවා. 1985දී Excel පාවිච්චියට එන්නේ. මේ දෙක ප්‍රධාන කරගෙන Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook වගේ තවත් කට්ටිය එකතු වෙන්න පටන් ගත්තා. මුලින්ම Standalone application එකක් විදිහට ආපු Microsoft OneNote, 2013 Office Release එකේදී ඒකේ partner කෙනෙක් විදිහට එකතු කරන්න Microsoft කට්ටියට පුළුවන් වුණා.

මේ ප්‍රධාන applications වලට අමතරව Microsoft Publisher, Skype for Business (අපි කලින් කතා කළා මේ ගැන), Microsoft Project හා Microsoft Visio වගේ applications දැනට Office Package එක තුල දකින්න පුළුවන්. 2018 වසර වෙනකොට අපි පාවිච්චි කරන්නේ Office 2016. Microsoft Office, Windows හා MacOS දෙකටම support කරනවා. ඔබ දන්නවද මේ වෙනකොට Microsoft අය applications කිහිපයක්ම ඉවත් කළා. Microsoft Binder, Microsoft FrontPage, Microsoft InfoPath, Microsoft Mail, Microsoft Office Accounting, Microsoft Virtual PC, Microsoft Sharepoint Workspace, Microsoft Entourage, Microsoft Office InterConnect වගේ සැලකිය යුතු Software ගණනක් දැන් ඉවත් කරලයි තියෙන්නේ.

Office 2016 ඇවිත් මේ වෙනකොට සැහෙන කාලයක් ගිහින්. අප්‍රේල් මාසය අවසානයේදී Microsoft ආයතනය ප්‍රකාශ කළා Office 2019 නිකුත් වීම ගැන. Microsoft මේ ප්‍රකාශයත් එක්කම කිවුවා Office 2019 Preview එකකුත් මේ සමග පැමිණි බව. මේ Commercial Preview එක Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Access, Project, Visio සහ OneNote කියන සියලුම applications වලින් ටෙස්ට් කරලා බලන්න පුළුවන්. Office 2019 for Mac, Exchange 2019, SharePoint 2019, Project Server 2019 සහ Skype for Business 2019 කියන applications වල updates ඉදිරි මාස වලදී ලැබෙනවා කියලා තමයි පණිවිඩ ලැබිල තියෙන්නේ.

මේ updates වල තිබෙන ප්‍රධාන වෙනස්කම් කිහිපයක්ම Microsoft ආයතනයේ Office – General Manager විදියට කටයුතු කරන Jared Sparato පැහැදිලි කරනු ලැබුවා. “Updates include new and improved inking features across the apps, like the roaming pencil case, pressure sensitivity, and tilt effects; more powerful data analysis in Excel, like new formulas, new charts, and Power BI integration; and sophisticated presentation features in PowerPoint, like Morph and Zoom.” Word වල අලුත් effects, Excel වල formulas, charts, Powerpoint වල Morph හා Zoom නම් අලුත් features ගැන ඔහු තම සටහනේ දැක්වුවා.

Microsoft අය මේ වසර අවසානයේදී Office 2019 release කිරීමට බලාපොරොත්තු වෙනවා. ඔබටත් මේ preview අත්දැකීම විදීමට අවශ්‍ය නම් මෙතන click කරන්න.
